  • Art Gallery:  The art gallery fronts Delmar Boulevard., in St. Louis' burgeoning downtown art/loft district.  The
    gallery enjoys a massive single space which may be divided with a flexible layout of movable partitions.  The
    gallery contains two offices with east facing windows overlooking St. Louis' signature Arch, separate men's and
    women's accessible facilities, a full kitchen for catered events, art storage, a combined dark room, and a janitorial
    closet.  The art gallery main exhibition space is 68' wide x 45' deep, tallying 3,060 s.f.
  • Loft Studio:  A loft studio with attached kitchenette and separate facilities provides a productive environment for
    resident artists.  The loft studio is 20' wide x 24' deep, tallying 480 s.f.
  • Art Manufactory:  Art is created in both the north half of the 10,000 s.f. main building, measuring 68' wide x 72' 8"
    deep less the lobby, tallying 4,400 s.f., and the 3,500 s.f. addition with loading dock.
