  • Building:  The building fronts Delmar Boulevard., in St. Louis' burgeoning downtown art/loft district.
  • Art Gallery:  The Art Gallery Level 82 fronts Delmar Blvd.  The gallery enjoys a massive single room which may be
    divided with a flexible layout of moveable partitions.  The gallery contains two offices with east facing windows
    overlooking the arch, separate men's and women's accessible facilities, a warming kitchen for catered events, art
    storage, a conference room, and a studio for guest artists.
  • Residential Loft:  The Residential Loft Level 109 is a loose take off on the layout of the Cy Twombly gallery in
    Texas.  This floor plan includes a residential gallery.  Sliding doors convert the east third of the building to a
    private guest apartment with a separate entrance.  The loft has two bedrooms with sliding doors to make en
    suite.  The walk through kitchen leads to the washer/dryer/utility room.  The dining room is set against the
    backdrop of the city, visible through an insulated glass aluminum frame garage door.  The garage door opens to
    a metal patio, set over the existing loading dock depression, and can be removed with a forklift to facilitate loading
    and unloading the occasional truck.  Set up for entertaining, the bedroom doors can be closed off, with bath
    access via the central room.
