- Level 101 has two bedrooms with sliding doors to make en suite against north wall, with walk thru kitchen.
- Level 102 has smaller utility room to provide a more open loft look.
- Level 104 has all "wet" rooms in an interior square, maximizing loft space.
- Level 105 opens kitchen to side of building with cobblestone patio. Concept is of a building "inside out," with the
living area sounding the "wet" rooms. Canvas curtains would provide privacy to bedroom areas with guests, as
could a raised sleeping platform over the kitchen.
