  • Art Manufactory:  The building fronts Delmar Boulevard., in St. Louis' burgeoning downtown art/loft district.
  • Art Gallery:  New gallery concept includes Guest Artist's Studio facing entrance to building, allowing guest artist to monitor
    studio.  Introduce variegated lockers to add an element of design.  Enclosed triangles by bathroom doors designed to be
    light from within - pink for gals, blue for guys - to add art gallery element.  Include counter height bar.  Expand reception desk
    to add a third wing, allowing it to function as a bar.  Replace one set of lockers with a privacy partition and coat rack.  Add
    windows to the Caterer's Kitchen.
  • Loft Studio:  Offices double as conference room/dining room, and gallery office/master bedroom, allowing dual use in the
    burgeoning downtown art/loft district.  Make Guest Artist Studio and Office Conference Room partitions movable.
